  • If you register for a Balear Living Real Estate account, your account information will be retained as long as the account is active. The account and its data will be deleted if you do not log in for 18 consecutive months. We retain records of this deletion for 90 days.

  • If you subscribe to our newsletters or blogs, your subscription data will be retained while you remain subscribed to our mailing lists. We retain records of deletion for 30 days.

  • Contact information, such as email address or phone number collected online through our sites, or offline during interactions at events and conferences, and used for direct marketing and sales activities, will be retained as long as the relationship remains active. We consider you an active contact if:

    1. You have interacted with Balear Living Real Estate or updated your contact details and preferences in the last 18 months; and

    2. You have not submitted a deletion request.

  • Personal information needed to maintain your opt-out preferences is retained for 20 years (or longer if required to comply with applicable law).
